At BullyBillows, we want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied with your premium gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in brand-new, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and free from any pet hair or odors to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and use the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked courier to return the parcel to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
